Ingredientes
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Haldi ¼ tsp.
  • Tamcon 1½ tsp.
  • Toor Daal ¾ cup
  • Ghee 1 tsp.
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp.
  • Coriander leaves bunch
Preparação
  1. [1] Boil tamcon in water.
  2. [2] Boil toor daal in water.
  3. [3] Cut tomatoes, add to tamcon solution. Add hing and salt.
  4. Boil for a couple of minutes.
  5. [4] Add mashed toor daal and rasam masala.
  6. [5] In a pan, heat ghee, fry mustard seeds.
  7. [6] Add fresh coriander leaves and mustard seeds.
