Ingredientes
  • Lemons 6
  • Salt 5 tsp.
  • Chili powder 5 tsp.
  • Turmeric pinch
  • Hing 1 tsp.
  • Methi 1 tsp.
  • Oil 5 tbsp.

Preparacao
  1. [1] Cut lemons into small pieces and remove the seeds. Add salt
  2. and keep for about 12 hours.
  3. [2] Add chili powder, turmeric, and methi.
  4. [3] Heat oil, mustard seeds, and hing. Spread this mixture over
  5. the lemons.
  6. [4] Mix thoroughly.
