- Rava 1 cup
- Water 3 cups
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Ghee 3-4 tbsp.
- Cardamons few
- Cashews some
- Raisins some
- Saffron/Turmeric pinch
-  Roast rava until light brown.
-  Boil 3 cups of water, add sugar, allow it to completely dis-
-  Add rava to water slowly, stirring.
-  Fry cardamons, raisins, cashews in ghee. Add to rava.
-  Add saffron/turmeric and mix.
