Ingredientes
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp.
  • Red chillies 6
  • Chana Daal 1 tbsp.
  • Toor Daal 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp.
  • Coconut(grated) 1 tbsp.

Preparacao
  1. [1] Fry all ingredients (except coconut) in as little oil as possi-
  2. ble.
  3. [2] Add coconut, grind (very fine) in blender.
  4. Ingredients
  5. Tamcon 1 flat tsp.
  6. Salt 2 tsp.
  7. Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
  8. Turmeric pinch
  9. Tomatoes ½ can
  10. Rice powder 1 tsp.
  11. Hing ¼ tsp.
  12. Preparation
  13. [1] Heat oil, mustard seeds.
  14. [2] Add 4 cups water, tamcon, masala, turmeric, tomatoes, and
  15. salt to the pan. Boil for about 10 minutes.
  16. [3] Add hing, rice powder and stir to thicken. Boil for another
  17. minute or so.
